Compass Intervention Center is a 108 bed intensive residential treatment program designed to address general psychiatric, substance abuse, and dual diagnosis disorders.  Compass provides services for male and female children and adolescents ages 6 to 17.  

Compass is unique in the area as it is a free standing intensive residential treatment facility, the only Tricare certified program in Memphis.  Clients attend therapeutic program activities and school separated by 3 major age groups and diagnosis needs.  Compass is a medical model program with 24-hour nursing in a safe, therapeutic, and hardware secure environment. 

We are dedicated to providing age specific programs to address the needs of children, pre-adolescents, and adolescents with a wide variety of psychiatric illnesses, behavioral problems, and substance abuse issues.
