Paul Clein, MD/ Medical Director

Dr. Clein received his medical degree from Medical College of Georgia in 1990. He completed his residency training in general psychiatry at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. While at Johns Hopkins, Dr. Clein was Chief Resident during his Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship training.  He has been published numerous times and is Board Certified in Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatry.

David Struble, MD

Dr. Struble received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee in 1996. He completed his residency training at Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio.  While at Wright State University School of Medicine, Dr. Struble was Chief Resident during his Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship training.  Dr. Struble also served as Chief of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Keesler AFB Medical Center in Biloxi, MS.  Dr. Struble is licensed in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi and is Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Irfan Ali, MD

Dr. Ali received his medical degree from Rawalpindi Medical College in Rawalpindi, Pakistan in 1990. He completed his residency training in psychiatry and his fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, Tennessee in 2000.  While at the University of Tennessee, Dr. Ali was voted resident of the year by the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.  Dr. Ali has been in private practice for over 14 years, treating children, adolescents, and adults in the Jackson and Memphis, Tennessee areas.

Ross Collins, Jr., MD

Dr. Collins received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee in Memphis, Tennessee. He completed his residency training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.  Dr. Collins has been in private practice for over 20 years in the Shelby County, Tennessee area with specialized experience in chemical dependency.  Dr. Collins is Board Certified in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Jeff Lowrey, MD

Dr. Lowrey received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He completed his residencies at the University of Tennessee and the Campbell Clinic.  Dr. Lowrey is Board Certified in Ambulatory Medicine and the American Society of Addiction Medicine.  Dr. Lowrey is licensed in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi.

Lisa Cox, DNP, APRN, FNP

Dr. Cox received her doctorate in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from the University of Tennessee. She has experience working as a nurse practitioner in psychiatry managing medication in outpatient, inpatient, and partial hospitalization programs.  She is a group facilitator for the Tennessee Professional Assistance Program.  Dr. Cox is certified as a Family Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Certificate of Fitness as a Family Nurse Practitioner, RN multistate licensure, and APN TN licensure.
