About Compass Intervention
Center
Compass Intervention Center is an intensive residential treatment
program designed to address general psychiatric, substance abuse and
dual diagnosis disorders. Compass provides services for children
ages 6 to 11 and adolescents ages 12 to 17. Compass is a medical model program with 24-hour
nursing in a hardware secure physical environment.
Since 1996 Compass
Intervention Center has been a provider of behavioral health and
substance abuse treatment in the Memphis and mid-south region. The
108-bed facility is located in southeast Shelby County at the
intersection of Hacks Cross Road and Highway 385. This convenient
location provides easy access to the Memphis International Airport
and larger communities such as Collierville, Germantown, north
Mississippi and northeast Arkansas.
Compass is
accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare
Organizations, certified by Tricare as a preferred provider for the
military and licensed by the State of Tennessee.
