Types of Treatment

The program model at Compass has been very effective with impressive outcomes. The program demonstrates excellence in many areas of client satisfaction, including the Satisfaction Performance Improvement focus which is driven by the satisfaction data collected at discharge. The percentage of clients reporting excellent is reported over time and is compared against the national aggregate score of all residential programs in our monitoring group.  Our program is consistently in the top ranking (top quarter) when compared to other residential programs. Other highlighted scored items from the client survey results include the following:

Sense of Security and Safety Felt in Program – Significantly greater than the National Aggregate and higher than 100% of other RTC programs in study. (p < .05)

Willingness to Recommend Program - Significantly greater than the National Aggregate and higher than 100% of other RTC programs in study.  (p < .05)

Willingness to Return to Program - Significantly greater than the National Aggregate and higher than 100% of other RTC programs in study.  (p < .05)

Another tool used to indicate clinical outcomes is the BPRS-C. It is administered by therapists and examines the change in symptoms and behaviors of our clients from admission to discharge.   During the past three years there has been an increase in change scores (50%), indicating steadily increasing levels of client improvement over time.
